Dr Theodore Hughes-Riley is an Associate Professor in Electronic Textiles at Nottingham Trent University. Dr Hughes-Riley received his degree in physics from Lancaster University, Lancaster, U.K., in 2009 and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, U.K., in 2014. He has worked at Nottingham Trent University since 2013 where he was initially a Research Fellow with the Department of Physics and Mathematics, before moving to the Nottingham School of Art and Design in 2016 to develop electronic textiles. His main research interests are electronic textiles, sensing systems, and medical devices.
