Dr. Monzur Imteaz is an Associate Professor and Head of the Urban Environmental and Transport Systems within the Department of Civil and Construction Engineering at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. Since completion of his Ph.D. in 1997 from Saitama University (Japan), he has been involved with several Australian academic and government sectors working on sustainability, water recycling, modeling pollutants transport and treatment, developing decision support tools, and rainfall forecasting using Artificial Intelligence. He is an Editorial Board member for the renowned journals ‘Resources, Conservation and Recycling’, ‘International Journal of Hydroinformatics’, and ‘Hydrology’.
