Tafadzwanashe Mabhaudhi is a Professor of Climate Change, Food Systems and Health
at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and an
Honorary Professor at the University of Nottingham (Malaysia) and the University
of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in South Africa. He holds a B.Sc. Agriculture Honours in Crop Science from the University of Zimbabwe, an M.Sc. in Agric. Crop Science and a PhD in Crop Science from UKZN. He has experience in research, development, capacity building and building partnerships across academia, public and private sectors, civil society, and communities. Tafadzwa has experience initiating, developing, leading and carrying out research for development on sustainable food systems, global environmental change and the water–energy–food nexus using multi- and transdisciplinary approaches. He has experience with project development, including donor engagement, applying good project management practices, and disseminating research results to key knowledge users and constituencies.
