Research field: Design, synthesis and structural optimization of functionalized small molecules as anticancer agents (CK2, ERK), efflux pump inhibitors (P-gp, BCRP), and anti-infective agents (CYP51, MBLs). Some heterocyclic scaffolds developed: indole, indeno[1,2-b]indole. Kinetics of organosilicates and clay complexation studies. Supramolecular chemistry with cyclodextrins. Regulatory affairs: Evolution of health product regulation (brain toxicity and nanomedicines).
Education experience: teaching experience in medicinal chemistry (design, synthesis, optimization, SAR analysis, ADMET, therapeutic uses), drug lifecycle, health products, and industrial property rights, regulatory affairs at University of Lyon (Health studios, Pharmacy, Master 2 COPS, Licence Pro SOFI).
