Dr. Nadya Evgenieva Stankova

Nadya Stankova obtained her PhD in physics of wave processes in 2009 at the Institute of Electronics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. She has worked on the fabrication of nanostructured thin films and nanoparticles by Pulsed Laser Deposition for gas sensors applications and on the processing of biopolymers with short and ultrashort Pulsed Lasers for neural interface devices application. Currently, she is working on the preparation and investigation of noble metal nanoparticles for very concrete biomedicine applications.
