Arthur R. Zakinyan received a Candidate of physical and mathematical sciences degree in 2010 and a Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences degree in 2020 from the North Caucasus Federal University, Russia. His current research interests include geophysical and astrophysical fluid dynamics, physicochemical hydrodynamics, magnetic nanoparticles and nanostructures, ferrofluids, drops and emulsions, multiphase flows, and interfacial instabilities. As the principal investigator, Dr. Zakinyan received several research grants, including grants from the President of the Russian Federation, the Russian Science Foundation grant, and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research grant.
