W. Rudolf Seitz has been at the University of New Hampshire since 1976. He received a PhD in Chemistry from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1970 and a BS in Chemistry from Princeton University in 1965. He has held the rank of full professor since 1988. In May 2023, he retired from Chemistry and is now living a good chemistry-free life.
