Dr. Queena K QIAN is an associate professor of management in the Built Environment Department, Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment, with a Delft Technology Fellowship (2014). She also received the Fulbright award (2010) and Endeavour Australia Cheung Kong Fellowship (2013). She carries out research relating to sustainable housing development, including: Green buildings, building energy efficiency and energy retrofits, transaction costs analysis, and age-friendly urban development issues. She has published a number of international referred journal papers and currently serves as Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Housing and the Built Environment.
