• Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering, 2004, Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria, Italy • Graduated with honors in Civil Engineering – Transport, 2000, Mediterranea University of Reggio Calabria, Italy • Engineering Association of Province of Reggio Calabria with number 2100 A from 2001 • Associate Professor in Transportation and lecturer of Freight Transportation, Theory of Transportation Systems. Former lecturer of Transport and Environment, Environmental Studies and Assessments, University of Rome Tor Vergata. RESEARCH INTERESTS: His research activity mainly involves the development and application of methods and models for the analysis and design of freight and passenger transport systems at the urban and extra-urban scale, the development of tools for supporting users on unreliable networks, and the simulation of path choice in real-time transit simulations. He was appointed Board Member of the Italian Academic Society of Transport (SIDT) and Editorial Board Member of several international journals. He has published more than 100 papers in the field of transportation and acts as reviewer for many international journals. Currently, he is the coordinator of Erasmus+ project “SmaLog - Master in Smart Transport and Logistics for Cities”.
