Dr. Guo-Dung Su

Information

Guo-Dung J. Su received a B.S. from National Taiwan University in 1994. In 1996, he entered the University of California, Los Angeles and received an M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 1998 and 2001, respectively. His doctoral research interest is related to MEMS scanners with flat mirror surfaces for active optical alignment and micromirror arrays for adaptive optics applications. Since 2004, he has been an assistant professor at the Graduate Institute of Photonics and Optoelectronics and Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University. His current research includes MEMS devices for optical communications, compact optical imaging systems, and surface plasmon phenomena on metasurfaces.
