Tian Li is a professor at Chongqing University who specializes in wind engineering and wind energy. He has 30+ SCI publications, 10 patents, PI experience on 10+ grants, and honors including the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program and the Dean Award of the Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo.

Dong Li is an associate professor at Fuzhou University focusing on membrane structures, offshore wind turbines, and structural wind engineering. He has led 20+ projects, published 38 SCI papers, holds 6 patents, and received the 2024 First Prize and 2022 Second Prize of the Fujian S&T Progress Awards.
