The XIV International Scientific Conference “Civil Engineering Design and Construction”, (DCB 2026) will be held in Varna, Bulgaria, on 10–12 September 2026.

The Conference is organized by the Scientific and Technical Union of Civil Engineering in Bulgaria (NTSSB), with strong support from the Federation of Bulgarian Scientific and Technical Unions and the "Evrika" Foundation. The co-organizers of the scientific forum are University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy, the University of Structural Engineering and Architecture "Lyuben Karavelov", Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", the University of Transport "Todor Kableshkov", the University of Mining and Geology "St. Ivan Rilski", "Angel Kanchev" University of Ruse, European Polytechnical University, Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design, and Bulgarian Construction Chamber.

The Conference will be held in Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar".
