Dear colleagues,
It is our pleasure to invite you to join the 2nd International Online Conference on Administrative Sciences. The conference is organized by the MDPI open access journal Administrative Sciences (ISSN 2076-3387, Impact Factor: 3.1) and will be held online from 4-5 March 2027.
The agenda of the conference includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
S1. Public Management;
S2. Leadership and Human Resource Management;
S3. Strategic and Innovative Management;
S4. Entrepreneurship.
IOCAS 2027 will enable you to share and discuss your most recent research findings, with the active engagement of the audience in question-and-answer sessions that will take place online without any registration fee.
The conference committee will review the submitted abstracts. The authors of accepted contributions will have their work displayed in an abstract collection. Following the conference, outstanding contributions will be invited to be submitted as a full-length paper for publication in Administrative Sciences with a 20% discount on the publication fee.

Department of Business Administration and Economics, University of Salamanca, Salamanca, Spain;She has a PhD. in Economics and Business Administration by the University of Salamanca (Spain). She writes for interdisciplinary indexed journals. Her research interests include financial accounting, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, corporate sustainability, environmental innovation, greenwashing, and assurance.

Meet Our Speakers
CEOS.PP, ISCAP, Polytechnic of Porto; Professor of Management at ISCAP/ Polytechnic of Porto. PhD in Management from Portucalense University (2009). Full research member of the CEOS.PP (Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of Porto), and coordinator of the Sustainability and Social Businesses research group. Co-Director of the Master's Degree in Business and Legal Practices in the Social Economy, and Director of the Postgraduate course in Innovation and Social Organisations’ Management. Her research interests focus on social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and social value creation. She has published several papers in indexed international journals and participated in research projects within her field of expertise. She has also participated as a reviewer and editorial member of several international publications.
UWS Business School, University of the West of Scotland; Visiting Professor, CBS International Business School, Germany.;Dr Robert Crammond is a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise, and Director of the MRes and DBA programmes, at the University of the West of Scotland. A Senior Fellow (SFHEA) of Advance HE, and Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE) with the Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS), he is also a recognised research supervisor by the UK Council for Graduate Education (UKCGE). An internationally-published researcher, he has written several articles and books on the topics of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education, editing several leading business and education journals.
Vilnius University Business School, Vilnius, Lithuania;
University of Banja Luka, Faculty of Economics;Saša Petković, PhD, is a full professor of entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, where he has served since 2002. He instructs courses in entrepreneurship, project management, and innovation management, and established the Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship in 2014. As a former vice dean and visiting professor at several European universities, he has published 51 papers as well as 14 books and book chapters. His research interests include entrepreneurship, sustainable development, digitalization, and innovation.
