For this occasion, MDPI is launching the 2026 Nobel Prize Prediction to give the global research community a place to share in the anticipation—turning the guessing and debate that are commonplace in labs and lecture halls into something we experience together.
We invite every researcher, academic, and science enthusiast worldwide to submit their predictions for the laureates in Physiology or Medicine, Physics, and Chemistry, and to join us in celebrating the curiosity and excellence behind these prizes.
How it works:
- Submit one prediction per category by 4 October 2026, 18:00 CEST;
- Winner announcement: 16 October 2026;
- Prize: The first six closest predictions each win a 100 CHF voucher for the MDPI Video Service, which helps scholars bring their research to life through professional animation and video, reaching broader audiences beyond the page.
