Dear Delegates of 2021SESS,
With the continuous expansion in both depth and breadth, the field of scientific knowledge has experienced a rapid development on various disciplines, which promoted the vigorous growth of the publishing industry and academic journals. Bearing such a goal, the MDPI Publishing Company is now planning to hold the “2021 Summer Seminar for Senior Editors (2021SESS)” on 10-11 July (https://mdpi.cn/announcements/344) to discuss hot topics related to the field of publishing science, and we sincerely invite you to participate the event:
Discussions in the conference would be focusing on the relative developing strategies in the publishing industry, as well as some thoughts-provoking and experience-sharing topics including the editorial team building, etc. The conference will gather well-known domestic and foreign experts, senior editors, academic journal editors and publishers together to exchange ideas and provide a platform as one community.
It’ll be appreciated that you would participate and share your opinions with us regarding (but not limited to) the following topics on the development of the publishing industry:
- Publication and journal quality management;
- Researches on the developing model of publishing journals in cooperation with associations or universities;
- The academic exchanging and innovative trends of open science.
