Dear colleagues and friends,
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to this webinar organized in the framework of the Special Issue "Diagnosis, Treatment, and Prevention of Anemia in Children" published in the open access journal Children (MDPI). Anemia is among the most common clinical problems encountered in pediatric practice. Correct and timely diagnosis—distinguishing nutritional from hemolytic, hereditary or disease-associated forms—is essential for appropriate and individualized treatment. This webinar brings together leading international experts who will share state-of-the-art insights across the full clinical spectrum of childhood and adolescent anemia, extending from bench to bedside. We warmly invite all colleagues with an interest in pediatric hematology to participate and to contribute a manuscript to our Special Issue. We look forward to a lively scientific exchange.
Kind regards,
Prof. Dr. Stefan W. Eber
