Abstract
Platelet, tubular and herring-bone carbon nanofibres were doped with Pd under various conditions. The catalysts were analysed as to the Pd-content and as to the size distribution of the Pd particles. The Pd-doped carbon nanofibres were screened for their catalytic activity in the Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling and in the Heck reaction.
