Synthetic Applications of the Asymmetric Amino-Cope Rearrangement

Abstract
There is growing interest in asymmetric variant of sigmatropic rearrangements. We have recently initiated a programme aimed at developing the amino-Cope rearrangement as a novel synthetic protocol.
