We present a computational study integrating experimental results from three foundational works on Fe₃O₄/polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites [1–3] into a unified Python framework with thirteen analytical contributions. Building upon the UV-assisted synthesis protocol by Hildever et al. [3], this work introduces quantitative models for each experimental domain. For structural evolution, an exponential kinetic model calibrated against Scherrer diameters [3] reveals stable behavior at 330 K, contrasting with steeper size reduction at 310 and 350 K (fitted parameters d0 ≈ 44.4 nm, τ ≈ 406–500 min). For thermal properties, a three-stage Thermogravimetry (TGA) model distinguishes water evaporation, volatile PANI compounds, and chain degradation; polymer content is modeled as a saturation function of UV exposure, reaching 14.61% at the optimal oscillation time (topt = 60 min, 330 K). For magnetic hysteresis, the experimentally reported stability is reproduced via calibrated hyperbolic tangent M(H) loops. Coupling these results to the damped harmonic oscillator (DHO) framework [1,2], the magnetic interaction parameter Δm(H), derived from IRM(H) and DCD(H) protocols, exhibits subcritical oscillations exclusively within the 330 ± 5 K window, yielding a Fourier dominant period Tosc = 0.050 kOe and energy balance ratio Egain/Ediss = 3.55 at t = 60 min. Multivariate analysis across dXRD, PANI%, Aosc, Hc, and Egain/Ediss reveals strong Pearson correlations (|r| > 0.90) between polymer incorporation and oscillation amplitude, establishing a quantitative bridge linking the synthesis process and emergent magneto-dynamic response. The framework constitutes a reproducible, data-driven protocol for the design and optimization of UV-synthesized hybrid inorganic–polymer nanocomposites.
