Abstract

In this project, a qualitative study of the interaction of different proteins and drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease was carried out, using the chEMBL database to observe the bioassays that have been applied for these drugs. The Shannon entropy of the drug protein interaction was calculated according to the test conditions.
