Abstract

Existen proyectos de aprendizaje máquina para prognosis en artritis reuma-
toide. Existen pocos registros que contienen datos inapropiados y se han usa-
do numerosas técnicas de aprendizaje máquina con los mismos. Para tratar
este tipo datos no estructurados es necesario tener en cuenta la minerı́a de
textos ası́ como la recuperación de información. Con estas premisas, se ha
desarrollado una herramienta que utilizada en el dominio del microbioma
para detectar interacciones, extraer información de textos y llenar bases de
datos con los datos recogidos, ası́ como mejorar la búsqueda y recuperación
de documentos.
