Abstract

Se han realizado múltiples estudios epidemiológicos basados en numerosos
factores y de ellos se conoce que las alteraciones de la microbiota intestinal
causan cambios inmunológicos y metabólicos que podrı́an llevar a un fe-
notipo autoinmune de enfermedad. Existen diferencias entre la microbiota
intestinal de casos y controles y en pacientes tratados y no tratados. Los
tratamientos de la EM conducen a un perfil de microbiota similar a los
sanos.
