En el tracto urinario existen entre 20 y 500 especies bacterianas. La micro-
biota puede ser un buen marcador biológico para la estratificación del riesgo
del cáncer de vejiga y de próstata, que puede ser ocasionado por múltiples
factores y, de este modo, tratar de prevenirlo.
