Abstract

In the energy field, fluid machinery is the main liquid energy transportation equipment, its efficiency and maintenance directly affect the efficiency of the energy field. During the operation of fluid equipment such as centrifugal pump and hydraulic turbine, the friction between fluid and machinery in volute has great influence on the efficiency of fluid equipment, and the surface structure of fluid machinery will be lost due to impurities in fluid and cavitation erosion of fluid, which will increase the resistance of fluid machinery and increase the wear loss. Therefore, in order to improve the service life of fluid machinery and reduce the maintenance cost, a drag reduction and anti-wear technology combining bionic non smooth surface and nano WC / Co coating is proposed.
On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the bionic non smooth surface and nano WC / Co coating, creatively combining the two surface treatment technologies. It is found that the wear resistance is greatly improved and the service life can be increased by 2-3 times.
