Two Dimensional Orthogonal Imaging of Laminar Fluid Flow across API Surface: Insight into Dosage Concentration inside GI Lumen and Permeability
1  Paraytec Ltd.

Abstract: Historically, traditional dissolution devices have been performing measurements away from the solid-liquid interface and drawing conclusions on performance. By relocating measurements to the interface using a two dimensional orthogonal imager of a laminar flow through device, significantly more insight can be found about the intestinal surface concentration, in-situ surface pH, and amount lost from elimination. Having this information early in development provides formulators with better insight into optimum dosage and form.
