Meet Our Speakers
Ms. Andjela Sakota
MDPI Serbia;
Ms. Andjela Sakota joined MDPI in November 2019. She holds a BS.c. degree in physics and is currently working on a master's thesis in the engineering/project management field. She has been working as an Assistant Editor and Section Managing Editor for the journal Sensors and recently began her role as a Journal Relations Specialist for the same journal. In addition to her editorial work, she has also worked as a Group Leader for Section 1 and the Mechanical Engineering Section in the Serbia offices since September 2022.
Ms. Bianca Raluca Berezoschi
MDPI Romania;
Ms. Berezoschi Bianca Raluca holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj, Romania. She joined MDPI in 2020 and has since undertaken various roles within the editorial department. Currently serving as a Journal Relations Specialist, she focuses on cultivating strong relationships with scholars, readers, and other stakeholders, overseeing the development and strategic direction of internal and external relations for MDPI journals.

This session will offer authors a comprehensive overview of the open access landscape, including MDPI's processes and opportunities tailored for postgraduate students pursuing a part-time Ph.D. This workshop aims to provide participants with practical tools and insights to navigate the journey from manuscript preparation to successful publication.
