HPV-Induced Redox Reprogramming: Are Extracellular Vesicles the Missing Link?
Dr. Efthalia Moustakli is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Nursing, School of Health Sciences, University of Ioannina, Greece, and a Postdoctoral researcher at the Human-Computer Interaction Lab, Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, University of Ioannina. She completed her PhD at the Laboratory of Medical Genetics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ioannina. Her research focuses on reproductive medicine, with particular emphasis on oxidative stress, male and female infertility, and dietary and lifestyle interventions. Her work also explores genetic disorders, including the impact of advanced paternal age on fertility and associated risks to offspring, as well as the effects of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) on reproductive health and pregnancy-related complications such as preeclampsia and placental dysfunction. She integrates bioinformatics and interdisciplinary digital approaches to investigate complex biological systems and support translational research in reproductive and genetic health.
