All delegates are responsible for the costs concerning the accommodation. There are numerous hotels and B&B that are available closer to the conference venue. It is advisable to get accommodation that is closer to University of South Africa, Florida Campus.

It is strongly recommended that you start the visa application as soon as you get the acceptance outcome of your paper. In some cases, a visa application can take a minimum of one month.
