📍 Venue & Registration Arrangement
Day 0 (Oct 30, afternoon): Registration only
Registration desk will be set up at Ou Ya Mei International Hotel for attendees to check-in.

Day 1–3 (Oct 31 – Nov 2): Registration & Main Conference
All on-site registration and conference sessions will take place in Room 312, Physics Building, Zhejiang University.

30 October: 14:00-18:00
31 October: 8:00-17:00
1 November: 8:00-17:40
2 November: 8:00-12:10

Poster Sessions 
- Poster Session A, DAY 1 (31 October, Saturday) | 15:20 - 16:10
- Poster Session B, DAY 2 (1 November, Sunday) | 15:30 - 16:20

1.Regardless of whether your poster is assigned to Session A or Session B,  please post your poster from 8:00 to 12:00 on 31 October.
2. Materials including scissors, tape and other supplies will be provided on site.
3. All posters must be removed between 16:30 and 22:00 on 1 November. Posters left unattended after the deadline will be removed by conference staff. The conference organizers do not guarantee safe custody or return of such posters.
