Dear Colleagues,

It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the 3rd International Electronic Conference on Biomolecules (IECBM2024). The conference is organized by the MDPI open-access journal Biomolecules (ISSN: 2218-273X, Impact Factor 5.5), and will be held online from 23 to 25 April 2024.

This conference will provide leading scientists working in the field with an online platform on which to share their latest research and engage in exciting discussions. The main topics and sessions of the conference are:

Biomolecular Structures and Functions;
Molecular Mechanisms in Cellular Processes;
Biomolecular Interactions and Networks;
Biomaterials Design and Characterization;
Biocatalysis and Enzyme Engineering;
Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.

This is an excellent opportunity for biomolecular researchers and scientists to interact with each other, communicate with their colleagues, learn from each other, share ideas and results, help solve problems, and suggest alternative options for a better future. As well as the energetic and dynamic nature of the virtual international conference, another advantage is that you do not need to travel anywhere to attend the conference. You can take advantage of the above opportunities from wherever you live.

Under the virtual conference settings, there are additional advantages: (1) engagement tools that keep energy levels high, (2) participants are given a voice, (3) far stronger attention is received while one is talking, (4) Q&A through “Chat” is also possible if you do not wish to raise your question verbally, (5) polls, (6) feedback through Chat, (7) use of symbols under “Reactions” function to show your voice, appreciation, or a request, (8) greater reach with remote audiences, and (9) the ability to deliver live and pre-recorded presentations simultaneously.

All accepted abstracts will be available online in Open Access form on Sciforum.net during and after the conference.
