It will also look at how we can enhance quality of life as we age. We will be paying particular attention to nutrition and physical activity for long-term benefits and examine some of the current policies and strategies that have been researched and shown to help in this area. We will also be discussing how the current guidelines support these healthy initiatives as part of public health for the population.

My current research focuses on how nutritional interventions influence muscle function, recovery, and long-term health, with the goal of identifying strategies that promote strength and vitality across the lifespan. I'm currently completing my PhD at the University of Glasgow, where I'm exploring how Omega-3 fatty acids and protein support healthy ageing. I am also CEO of StudySetGo, which is a contract research organisation which specialises in running remote research trials for commercial entities.
