Prof. Dr. Mark Edelman
Session chair
Department of Physics, Yeshiva University, New York, USA

Prof. Dr. Camillo Porcaro
Session chair
Department of Neuroscience and Padova Neuroscience Center, University of Padova, Padova, Italy
Camillo Porcaro is an associate professor of Bioengineering at the Department of Neuroscience, University of Padova. As a computational neuroscientist, his research bridges advanced signal processing and human physiology to decode complex neuroimaging data. His current work focuses on pioneering the fusion of Fractal Dimension metrics in neurophysiological applications, developing innovative algorithms to better capture the non-linear dynamics of brain function. Prof. Porcaro earned his Ph.D. in Functional Neuroimaging from the University of Chieti and has held prominent international research positions at the University of Birmingham, Newcastle University, and the National Research Council (CNR) in Rome. His broader expertise encompasses Functional Source Separation and EEG/fMRI integration to study cortical and resting-state networks.
