Daniela Opriș-Belinski, MD, PhD, Habil., is Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Head of the Internal Medicine II Department at Sfânta Maria Clinical Hospital in Bucharest, Romania. She is a senior specialist in both internal medicine and rheumatology, with clinical and research expertise focused on immune-mediated rheumatic diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren’s disease, systemic sclerosis, vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and autoinflammatory disorders.
She has authored or co-authored more than 200 scientific publications and book chapters, has served as principal investigator in over 50 international phase II–IV clinical trials, and is actively involved in several international scientific networks and editorial boards.
