Welcome from
the chair
We are pleased to announce the 3rd International Online Conference on Vaccines (IOCV 2025), which will be held online and promoted by the open access MDPI journal Vaccines (ISSN 2076-393X, IF 3.4).

The vaccine research field is constantly moving forward to address crucial challenges in developing novel vaccines, enhancing existing platforms and model systems for infectious diseases and cancer. This edition of IOCV will highlight groundbreaking research on innovative vaccine delivery methods, mucosal vaccines for respiratory disease, vectored vaccines, models for vaccine development and evaluation, new approaches for vaccine adjuvants and emerging approaches in cancer immunotherapy. A deeper understanding of immune responses to both infectious disease and cancer vaccines as well as novel strategies for enhancement, delivery and evaluation are essential for advancement of human and veterinary vaccinology.

The IOCV 2025 invites researchers from academia, as well as vaccine practitioners, to contribute original findings, novel ideas, scientific concepts, and technological advancements related to the following:

S1. Mucosal Vaccines for Respiratory Disease;
S2. Vectored Vaccines;
S3. Models for Vaccine Development and Evaluation;
S4. New Approaches for Vaccine Adjuvants;
S5. New Methods for Vaccine Delivery;
S6. Cancer Vaccines and Immunotherapy.

As a fully online conference, IOCV 2025 provides a unique opportunity for researchers worldwide to participate without travel constraints, facilitating the real-time exchange of the latest findings and innovative ideas.

Your contributions and engagement are vital to the success of this 3rd edition of the IOCV. We look forward to your participation in shaping the future of vaccine research!
