A/Prof Licciardi is Group Leader of Vaccine Immunology at Murdoch Children’s Research Institute in Melbourne, Australia. He is an internationally recognised expert in vaccine immunology, applying immunological techniques to assess human immune responses to vaccination in children and adults. He has >180 publications and his research has influenced global recommendations for HPV and PCV vaccines, including by WHO.

Dr. Seth Pincus has been engaged in research regarding the structure and function of antibody molecules, generally seeking a practical application for his studies. The major focus of the lab is currently the development of cytotoxic immunoconjugates to target the reservoir of HIV infection that persists despite years of effective antiretroviral therapy. We are deeply engaged in the molecular mechanisms whereby these different immunoconjugates kill cells. Previous studies have explored the molecular nature of idiotype, antibody mediated protection against neonatal group B streptococcal infection, and microbial variability in response to antibody-mediated killing. He is a board-certified Pediatrician, although he has not practiced medicine in almost 40 years.

Prof. Mona O. Mohsen is an Associate Professor at the University of Bern, Switzerland, and Chief Executive Officer of DeepVax and DeepVax Longevity GmbH. She earned her D.Phil. in Clinical Medicine from the University of Oxford and completed advanced research training at Harvard Medical School and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on translational medicine, cancer immunotherapy, vaccine development, and nanobiotechnology, with an emphasis on translating innovative immunotherapies into clinical applications. With an h-index of 33, she is ranked among the leading researchers at the University of Bern and in Switzerland. Dr. Mohsen has published extensively in high-impact journals and is committed to advancing biomedical innovation through research, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration.

Francois Meurens (DVM) completed his PhD (bovine herpesviruses) in Belgium - 2004. After a post-doc at VIDO-InterVac (Saskatoon), he established his research about mucosal immunology in pig and sheep in France (INRAE) and Canada (VIDO-InterVac). In 2015, he became Professor in immuno-virology at Nantes College of Veterinary Medicine where his team focused on the study of porcine host/pathogen interactions. He has also a strong interest for the pig as a biomedical model. Currently he is Professor at the Faculty Veterinary Medicine - University of Montréal. He has published >140 scientific publications and is member of scientific boards.
