Instructions for Authors
To present your research at the event
Create an account on Sciforum if you do not have one, then click on Submit Abstract at the top of the Conference website. You should Indicate which thematic area is best suited for your research.
The abstract should be submitted in English only and the word limits are 150-300 words. The structure abstract should include the introduction, methods, results, and conclusions sections.
All abstracts accepted for presentation will be collected in a book of abstracts, which will be displayed on the website during the conference.
Please note that a maximum of 2 abstracts is allowed to be submitted per registration.
Contribution Type
You will be asked to select the contribution type (oral contribution, poster contribution, or both) during the submission process. However, it is subject to change according to the decision of the conference chair and the scientific committee.
Oral Presentation and Slides Submission
The time slot for the oral presentation is 15 minutes (Presentation and Q&A). Please note that all presentations must be delivered in English. Authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations using PowerPoint or similar software. The recommended aspect ratio for slides is 16:9. The slide template can be downloaded HERE. We will send you the link in a separate email so you can upload your slides before the conference.

Each presenter will be provided with a vertical poster board. The poster size is 90 cm x 140 cm. Please print your poster prior to the conference. You can use our free template to create your poster. The poster template can be downloaded HERE.

Key Deadlines
The deadline for online abstract submission is26 February 2026 27 March 2026 (Friday), and you will be notified about its acceptance by 26 March 2026 17 April 2026 (Friday).
Please note that to finalize the scientific program in due time, at least one registration by any of the authors, denoted as Covering Author, is required to cover the presentation and publication of any accepted abstract.
The deadline for registration of covering authors is 9 April 2026 8 May 2026 (Friday). Your abstract will be withdrawn if your registration is not completed by this date.
