On Monday, 5 September 2022, MDPI and the Journal Sensors organized the 6th Webinar of the Sensors webinar series, entitled " Novel Field-Effect Transistor Biosensing”. This online seminar was chaired by Dr. Shanshan Cheng from Tianjin Key Laboratory of Molecular Optoelectronic Sciences, Department of Chemistry, School of Science, Tianjin University, China.

The first speaker to kick off the webinar was Prof. Dr. Lin Han, from the Institute of Marine Science and Technology, Shandong University, Tsingdao, China. Her presentation covered the current and future perspectives of the Graphene-Based Field-Effect Transistor (GFET) biosensor. Prof. Dr. Tetsuya Osaka, from the Research Organization for Nano & Life Innovation, Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, followed with his presentation on the R&D in field-effect transistors biosensors. Speaker presentations were followed by Q&A sessions moderated by the chair.

The webinar was offered via Zoom and required registration to attend. The full recording can be found below. In order to stay updated on the next webinars on Sensors, be sure to sign up for our newsletter by clicking on “Subscribe” at the top of the page.
