Instructions for Authors
Abstract Submission
- Scholars interested in participating with the conference can submit their abstract (maximum 300 words) online on this website before 1st April 2016 (max. 2 abstracts for one registration fee).
- Submission should be done online by registering with https://www.sciforum.net/, and using the "Start New Submission" function once logged into system. Important! In order to finish the abstract submission please click on "Save and send to editors".
- The conference committee will pre-evaluate, based on the submitted abstract, whether a contribution from the authors of the abstract will be welcome for the IC-ANMBES 2016. All authors will be notified by 15th April 2016 about the acceptance of their abstract. Check the web for the latest changes.
- Please use the abstract template which can be found here.
Important! No abstracts will be included in the Conference’s Book of Abstracts unless the registration fee is paid by June 3rd, 2016.
Manuscripts Submission
The manuscripts should be submitted electronically:
- directly to Analytical Letters, Biosensors or Sensors Journals website and mention “Special Issue: IC-ANMBES 2016”,
- by email at: rjb@biophysicsnet.ro for Romanian Journal of Biophysics and mention “Special Issue: IC-ANMBES 2016”,
Please follow the instructions for authors of each publisher.
All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least two external referees.
Poster: Size And Format/ Display And Sessions
Poster size and format: Please make sure that your poster corresponds to the following size and format: Max. 70 cm wide and 100 cm high.
