MOL2NET Sponsorship, Donors, & Fundraising Program. This program involves all activities necessary to secure enough extramural funds for the proper development of the MOL2NET, Conference Series on Molecular, Biomedical, & Computational Sciences and Engineering, ISSN: 2624-5078, SciForum, Basel, Switzerland, active since 2015. The conference series include multiple USA-Europe inter-university congresses in topics like Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Materials, Nanotechnology, Data sciences, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, etc.
MOL2NET Donors & Sponsors. Donors & Sponsors are Philanthropist Philanthropy institutions, Charity organization, Agencies, Universities, Schools, Chancellor or Dean Offices, Hi-Tech, Pharma, Biotech, etc. companies, Entrepreneurs, Societies, Journals managing editors, Research group leaders, Project managers, etc. who want to sponsor our conference congresses, journals, webinars, campaigns and/or training courses for charity reasons, pro bono, and/or receiving in return publicity, fiscal, publication, academic, and/or education benefits. We can differentiate donors and sponsors by the nature of their ties to the conference and/or the quantity funded.
MOL2NET Donors. Donors typically fund an smaller (yet important for us) quantity 100 - 1000 EUR to sponsor a certain number of papers of one specific social inclusion, environmental, education, sustainability, or scientific topic.
MOL2NET Sponsors. Sponsors make contributions more typically >5000 and fund full congresses, and/or advertising of High-Tech, Biotech, or Pharma companies, technological products, scientific services, calls for consortiums, etc. You can contact us directly by email: mol2net.chair@gmail.com.
Sponsorship Coordinator & Fundraising service provider. Sponsors can contact us directly without intermediates. However we are also open to work with fundraising service provider professionals or free lance individuals able to actively looking for sponsors. Our way to work is simple. Step 1: In case you are an sponsor or a funds raising agent and know one possible sponsor for our conference please contact us directly at mol2net.chair@gmail.com and we shall have a brief discussion about the terms.
Step 2: After that, one of our sponsorship management entities, shall sign with you a service contract/agreement previously to the delivery of funds by the sponsor. In this contract we shall agree by written your benefits, commission, etc.
Step 3: After that, the same sponsorship management entity shall sign also an sponsorship agreement with the sponsor including the specifications of the kind of activities they want to sponsor, the duties and benefits of the parts, etc.
Step 4: Last the same sponsorship management entity shall pay you the commission for your sponsorship coordination and funds raising services in the same terms of the contract.
Service provider professionals: work for companies like Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs topically as project managers, business development, or conference organization experts, etc. SC professional are expected to work actively looking for sponsors and act as intermediate between the conference and the sponsor company, university, faculty, agency, project, etc.
Service provider free lance individuals: These are committee members, professors, researchers, officers, entrepreneurs, students, who do not work professionally on it but know the conference and also know/detect some specific potential sponsors, they are welcome to contact us as well.
Sponsorship management entity. Sponsorship management entities are those companies or public institutions in charge of receive funds from sponsors, administrate the sponsorship funds account, and use the funds to pay the different costs of the conference. This include the payment of honorariums or royalties of sponsorship coordinators, fees of online platform, costs of web development, organization of congresses, webinars, training courses, round tables, campaigns, etc. The current sponsorship management entities of our conference are:

It is a university startup company offering Scientific Computing, Software Development, Technical Consulting, Consortium Partnering, Regulatory Affairs Counseling, Publication, and Training Services. IKERDATA S.L. will be our default option for private and public sponsors allowed to work with private entities for the 2022 edition of the conference. Public sponsorship management entity. UPVEHU-OTRI, Office for Transfer of Results of Investigation (OTRI), University of Basque Country (UPVEHU), Sarriena w/n, 48940, Leioa, Greater Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain. In Spanish: Oficina de Transferencia de Resultados de Investigación (OTRI). Funds raising service agreement. Is a preliminary general agreement with the sponsors and/or with service providers working pro bono, for profit, or for academic benefits describing the general terms of the sponsorship or pro bono coordination. This preliminary agreement can serve as guarantee of acceptance by the parts of the future conditions of the service provider contract.
Funds raising service contract. Is the specific contract our signed by our sponsorship management entities with the services providers. Our sponsorship management entities will pay the service to the funds raising professional or free lance after we sign this service contract and the sponsor releases the funds. Multiple service provider contracts can be signed with the same service provider for different sponsors on a one-by-one basis.
Service provider duties. The common duties/workflow steps are: (1) detect sponsorship opportunity, (2) contact conference, (3) negotiate sponsorship package between the sponsor and conference, (4) sign sponsorship contract, (5) coordinate sponsorship payment, and (6) intermediate in sponsorship activities. Funds raising service fees are negotiable and generally increase proportionally to the sponsoring package amount (typically 5-10% for platinum, green, or silver sponsorships and up to 25% for golden sponsorships, see details bellow).
Service provider commission (fees). Will be payed after the service contract is signed and sponsorship funds are released by the sponsor to as slump sum and/or by installment payment depending upon sponsorship scheme arranged.
Sponsor duties. The main duties of sponsors are: (1) Sign sponsorship contract, (2) collaborate with conference organization team on the activities planned, (2) pay the sponsorship fees.
Sponsors benefits. The benefits (B) can be classified as global benefits (GB) or or specific benefits (SB). GB apply to all our conference, media, and services, whereas SB applies only to one or a selected group of congresses, services, media, etc. The more common benefits for sponsors include but are not limited to:

GB00. Your institution, university, company, journal, society, etc. logo is depicted in our web page and list of sponsors.
GB01. Sponsors can report themselves as sponsor/co-organizers of our conference in public pages, accreditations, informs, etc.
GB02. The staff (researchers, professors, officers) of the sponsor institution are listed in the global committee of the conference.
GB03. As sponsor you can act as co-organizer of a large conference series with multiple inter-university USA-Europe congresses.
GB05. Your staff, members, students, can published multiple communications without additional cost in all our congresses.
GB06. We will post your project, covers, demos, etc. in our media, LinkedIn, RGate, Facebook group, etc. with >10000 followers.
GB09. We can arrange special issues in MDPI journals co-edited by staff of the sponsor (professors, researchers, etc.).
GB10. Your staff can publish white papers describing your products, faculty, courses, projects, etc. in all our congresses.
Specific benefits (apply only to some congresses or activities)
SB01. As sponsor you can act as co-organizer of one specific inter-university USA-Europe congress in your topic of interest.
SB02. The staff of the sponsor institution are listed in the committee of some of our USA-Europe inter-university congresses.
SB03. We will work with your staff to organize round tables, panels, or webinars about your product, courses, projects, etc.
SB04. We can publish short papers, covers, demos, of your product, project, etc. in some congresses of our conference.
SB05. Your staff, members, students, affiliated, etc. can publish one communication without additional cost in one congress.
SB06. Your staff can publish white papers describing your products, faculty, courses, projects, etc. in one of our congresses.
SB07. We can launch/publish in our media a social inclusion education and awareness campaign related to scientific topics.
SB08. Payment of SDG or Social Inclusion waivers for Article Processing Charges (APC) for authors in open access journals.
SB09. Payment of SDG or Social Inclusion activist research, training, and conference management contracts.
