On Thursday, 14 July 2022, MDPI and the Journal Topics organized the second part of a two-part webinar, entitled "Low/Zero Carbon Energy - Part 2".

This Topics webinar included the presentations of several renowned experts who will discuss their research on Low/Zero carbon technologies. The introduction was held by the Chair of the webinar, Prof. Dr. Wenbin Yu from the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Shandong University in China.

The first talk was presented by Dr. Jorge Varela Barreras and was focused on Meta-Analysis of Experimental Results for Heat Capacity and Thermal Conductivity in LI-Ion Batteries: A Critical Review. He was followed by Dr. Danial Karimi, who presented his latest research on Advanced Thermal Management Strategies for Electric Vehicles. The third speaker was Dr. Yanxue Yu, and her presentation discussed the Stability Research of Inverters in Grid-Connected Hybrid Microgrid.

Dr. Qie Sun moved the discussion to data analysis and simulations with his presentation on Data Analysis, Dynamic Simulation, and System Optimization for Urban Energy Transition. And finally, Dr. Yichen Zong closed the session with his work on Particulate Emissions From Blending Fuel Combustion.

The presentations were followed by a Q&A and a discussion, moderated by the Chair. The webinar was offered via Zoom and required registration to attend.
