Prof. Dr. Ying Tan Prof. Dr. Ying Tan (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in signal and information processing from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 1985, 1988, and 1997, respectively. He is currently a Professor with Peking University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include computational intelligence, artificial immune system, swarm intelligence and data mining, signal and information processing, pattern recognition, and their applications. Prof. Dr. Adrian Ioinovici Prof. Dr. Adrian Ioinovici, IEEE Fellow, is the Director of the Power Electronics based on Switched Capacitors Center, the Shanghai University of Electrical Power, China, within the “one thousand foreign experts plan”, and holds honorary professorships from many universities. Previously, he served as a Professor and Director of the Power electronics for renewable energy Centre, Sun-Yat-sen University, Guangzhou under the “One thousand experts” program and as a Full Professor in the Nanjing University of aeronautics and Astronautics. He got the IEEE Fellow grade for “pioneering work in switched-capacitor converters”. He is on leave from Holon Institute of Technology, Israel. |

Professor Chang-Pu Sun is a theoretical physicist. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World. He is the founding dean of the Graduate School of the China Academy of Engineering Physics, a distinguished professor at the Beijing Center for Computational Science, and a visiting distinguished professor at Peking University. He graduated from Northeast Normal University and got his PhD from Nankai University. He was a professor at Northeast Normal University and a researcher at the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has received various awards and honors. He has long been involved in strategic planning work of China's physics discipline. He is the vice president of the Chinese Physical Society and holds several other positions. He has long engaged in research on quantum physics, etc. Currently, his work focuses on complex systems and energy physics, etc. He upgraded graduate education at the China Engineering Physics Research Institute. He is in charge of a project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Sun pays attention to training young talents and is the chief advisor to high school physics textbooks. |

Participants in this conference are cordially invited to contribute a full manuscript to the Special Issue, published in Electronics Journal (ISSN: 2079-9292, IF: 2.6, Indexed within Ei Compendex, SCIE (Web of Science), Scopus, CAPlus / SciFinder, Inspec, and other databases), with 20% discount on the article processing charge. All submitted papers will undergo MDPI’s standard peer-review procedure. The abstracts should be cited and noted on the first page of the paper. Please note if you have IOAP/association discounts, conference discounts will be combined with IOAP/association discounts. Conference discounts cannot be combined with reviewer vouchers.
- Engineering Proceedings Journal Publication
Participants are also welcome to submit a proceeding paper (4-8 pages) to the Engineering Proceedings journal (Indexed in Scopus, ISSN: 2673-4591) for free from 27 November 2024 to 15th January 2025.
The peer review process is handled by the proceedings editors.
Authors are asked to disclose that it is a proceeding paper of the ICSEE 2024 conference paper in their cover letter. Carefully read the rules outlined in the 'Instructions for Authors' on the journal’s website and ensure that your submission adheres to these guidelines.

The registration fee includes the attendance of the conference, and the access to publish in the Engineering Proceedings journal (Indexed in Scopus, ISSN: 2673-4591) after peer review. At least one author of each accepted paper should register. Participation in the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid.
Please note that to finalize the scientific program in due time, at least one registration by any of the authors, denoted as Covering Author, is required to cover the presentation and publication of any accepted abstract. Covering Author registration deadline is 31st October 2024.
Please note that abstract submission and conference registration are two separate processes. During registration, please provide us with the same email address you used to submit your abstract(s). Otherwise, leave us a comment in the registration form, providing the email address used during the submission process. In addition, we prefer you to use your institutional email address for both processes.

- Create an account on Sciforum if you do not have one, then click on Submit Abstract at the top of the conference website.
- Indicate which thematic area is best suited for your research.
- Submit a 250-word abstract in English - the word limits are a minimum of 200 words and a maximum of 300 words.
- The deadline to submit your abstract is 13 October 2024. You will be notified by 31 October 2024 regarding the the acceptance for poster presentation.
- Upon submission, you can select if you wish to be considered for oral presentation or poster presentation. Following assessment by the Chairs, you will be notified in a separate email whether your contribution has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
- Please note that to finalize the scientific program in due time, at least one registration by any of the authors, denoted as Covering Author, is required to cover the presentation and publication of any accepted abstract.
- All abstracts accepted for presentation will be collected in a book of abstracts, which will be displayed on the website during the conference.

Route 1: East Lake Cherry Blossom Garden - Hubei Provincial Museum - Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street
Morning: East Lake Cherry Blossom Garden is a national 5A scenic spot with beautiful scenery and contains historical sites such as Mao Zedong's former residence and Zhou Enlai's former residence, which can make you feel the elegance of the old revolutionaries.
Route 2: Yellow Crane Tower - Hankou Riverside Park - Jiqing Street Night Market
Morning: The Yellow Crane Tower is one of the four most famous ancient buildings in China, known as "the best view in the world", and is also the landmark of Wuhan. Climbing up the Yellow Crane Tower, you will be able to overlook the whole Wuhan downtown area and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city.
Route 3: Hubu Alley - Wuhan Botanical Garden - Yangtze River Bridge
Morning: Explore Hubu Alley and indulge in the charm of old Wuhan. The ancient stone paths and green bricks and tiles will transport you back in time. Don't miss out on trying local delicacies like hot dry noodles and duck necks, which cost around 20 RMB per serving.
Afternoon: Discover a variety of rare plants at Wuhan Botanical Garden. This haven for nature enthusiasts showcases exotic flowers and plants from around the globe. The entrance fee is approximately 60 RMB.
Evening: Take a leisurely stroll along Yangtze River Bridge and immerse yourself in the enchanting night scenery of Wuhan's three towns. As you stand on the bridge, feel the gentle river breeze caress your face while admiring the distant lights illuminating both sides of the river.
Recommended tourist attractions within a 1-hour drive of Wuhan:
Fengwa Ancient Village is located in Phoenix Town, Xinzhou District, Wuhan City. It is a national 4A level scenic spot with rich cultural characteristics and has been featured on CCTV's "Beautiful China's Countryside Line" program. The site boasts over 20 ancient buildings from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, including Xiangxilou, Guoxue Hall, Ceramic Workshop, Guo Mansion, Tao Rui Imperial Doctor, Brewery Workshop, Theater, Garden of the Four Gentlemen, Boya Xuan, Ziyun Xuan and more. Visitors can enjoy traditional folklore performances in the Huizhou architectural complex such as Lotus Picking Boat, Dragon Boat Tunes, Two Old Men Learning Mao Election , Journey to the West Parade , The White-haired Woman Tying the Red Head Rope and Peking Opera Shajiabang Wisdom Battle.
Daye Shangfeng Nine Ancients Village is situated in Shangfeng Village of Daye City in Huangshi City, Hubei Province. It serves as an ideal destination where culture meets nature.
