8th Webinar on Clinical Medicine

Highlights in Coronary and Peripheral Artery Disease

Coronary and peripheral artery disease are among the most common causes of death in developed and nondeveloped countries. Despite several advances in this field, their pathophysiology remains, however, incompletely understood. Talks in this webinar will focus on aspects of pathophysiology, with a particular focus on the role of functional mechanisms, on the antithrombotic therapy of coronary and peripheral artery disease, and on the applicability of guideline recommendations.
