Participation to the conference is considered final only once the registration fees have been paid.

When registering, please provide us with your institutional email address. This will accelerate the registration process. If you are registering several people under the same registration, please do not use the same email address for each person, but their individual institutional email addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

Paid Registration
Paid registration provides full access to the conference program and associated benefits, including:
- Conference Submission.
- Eligibility for event awards competition (if applicable).
- Certificate of Presentation or Participation.
- 20% Discounted on APC of conference's Special Issue, published in Sensors (all submissions undergo MDPI’s standard peer-review process).
- Complimentary publication in the Engineering Proceedings (if applicable, all submissions undergo MDPI’s standard peer-review process).

To ensure timely finalization of the scientific program, at least one author per submission (designated as the Covering Author) must complete a paid registration. Submissions will be withdrawn if the required payment is not completed by 20 October 2026.

Registration and Submission Withdrawal
Covering Author registration prevents your submissions from being withdrawn, and one registration is sufficient for up to 3 submissions under the same author name. However, the presenter must also be registered to receive the live session link. If the presenter is different from the Covering Author, they will need to register separately.

Group Discount and Voucher
Group discounts are available for any group of people registering together in a single order, regardless of their role or affiliation.
MDPI vouchers cannot be used to pay for conference registration fees.

Oral Presentation Selection
Completing the registration fee does not guarantee an oral presentation slot. The Conference Chairs will select oral presentations based on the quality of the submissions.
Please note that in cases where an author has multiple submissions, only one will be considered for oral presentation.

Certificate
Each registered participant will receive their own personal certificate of participation. Co-authors or colleagues who also need a certificate have to register and pay separately.
