Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to announce the upcoming international conference, “Genes 2027 - The Genomics Nexus: Integrating Biology, Data, and Medicine”, which will take place from 8 to 10 September 2027 in Zurich, Switzerland.

Genes 2027 will bring together the global genomics community to exchange ideas, present cutting-edge discoveries, and foster interdisciplinary collaborations at the interface of biology, data science, and medicine. As genomics continues to transform our understanding of health and disease, this conference will provide a timely platform to explore how multi-omics, computational approaches, functional genomics, and translational research are shaping the future of precision medicine.

The scientific program will cover key topics including multi-omics integration in genetic and non-genetic diseases; computational and AI-driven approaches in clinical genomics; population genomics, polygenic risk scores, and translational genetics; functional genomics and gene regulation in complex traits and disease epigenomics; chromatin architecture and 3D genome organization; and mechanisms for reproducible genomics, including standards, data sharing, and open science frameworks.

Genes 2027 will feature distinguished international invited speakers, alongside selected oral and poster presentations from submitted abstracts. The meeting will provide ample opportunities for networking, discussion, and collaboration among researchers, clinicians, data scientists, and professionals working across the expanding genomics landscape.
