Overview

• All accepted abstracts will be available online in Open Access form on Sciforum.net during and after the conference.
• Additionally, authors of accepted submissions will have the option to extend their abstract by submitting a full conference paper (approximately 4-6 pages) to Engineering Proceedings.
• Furthermore, there will be an opportunity to submit a full manuscript to the dedicated Topic of the conference, with a 20% discount on the publication fees.

Proceeding Papers

We welcome you to submit a proceeding paper (approximately 4-6 pages) to the Engineering Proceedings journal after the conference. Publication of the proceedings will be free of charge and the submission deadline is 31 May 2025. Authors are asked to disclose that it is a proceeding paper of the ICARS 2025 conference abstract in their cover letter. Please read the requirements outlined in the Instructions for Authors on the journal’s website and ensure that your submission adheres to these guidelines.

Topic: Advancing Global Sustainability Through Remote Sensing Technologies

Participants of ICARS 2025 are cordially invited to submit full manuscripts for the dedicated Topic "Advancing Global Sustainability Through Remote Sensing Technologies" in the journals Drones, Geomatics, Land, NDT, or Remote Sensing, with a 20% discount on the publication fees. Please note that no other discounts will be applicable, and that submission acceptance and attendance at the conference are required to be eligible for the publication fee discount. This Topic will showcase cutting-edge research presented at the conference. It is an excellent platform to share your findings with a broad readership in the remote sensing science community.
