ICAS 2026 – Conference Program

We are delighted to inform you that the detailed conference program, including the oral and poster distribution, is now available online.

Please carefully check the program to confirm your name, presentation title, assigned session, and presentation time.

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, including Q&A. Please plan your presentation accordingly and make sure to keep within the allocated time. We also recommend that you bring a backup copy of your presentation file with you to Bologna, preferably on a USB drive and USB stick.

Poster Presentations

All poster presenters are responsible for printing their own posters prior to the conference. Please bring your printed poster directly to the venue in Bologna. Each presenter will be provided with a vertical display board. Posters must be in portrait orientation and must not exceed A0 size (84 × 120 cm / 33 × 47 in, width × height).

Please note that all times indicated in the program are in CEST (Central European Summer Time), corresponding to the local time in Bologna, Italy.

We kindly ask all presenters to carefully check the following information:

• Name spelling
• Presentation title
• Assigned session and time slot
• Presentation type (oral/poster)

If any corrections are needed, please feel free to contact us.
