📌 Zhejiang University Campus Access

For Registered Participants, please check your email inbox for a message titled [ICMMP 2026] Zhejiang University Campus Access Information Collection and fill out the questionnaire by 27 October. 

All attendees, including accompanying guests, must register in advance for campus access. Information for accompanying guests may be submitted together in the same form.

After your reservation has been processed, please present a valid ID/passport or conference badge when entering the campus for identity verification.

Volunteers will be available at the North Gate to assist participants in case of any unexpected issues.

If you have already completed your registration but have not received this email, please contact us immediately at icmmp2026@mdpi.com.

📍 Venue & Registration Arrangement

Day 0 (Oct 30, afternoon): Registration only
Registration desk will be set up at Ou Ya Mei International Hotel for attendees to check-in.

Day 1–3 (Oct 31 – Nov 2): Registration & Main Conference
All on-site registration and conference sessions will take place in 3F Room 312, Physics Building, Zhejiang University.

🔗 Regarding the Fapiao required by Chinese scholars:

After successful payment, starting from 23 October (seven days before the conference), please visit https://publink.cnpereading.com/ to log in to the payment system using the mobile number provided during payment. Navigate to "Fapiao Management" → "Issue Fapiao", and enter your tax identification number to submit your Fapiao request. If you have any questions, please contact the conference team after completing the payment.

Please note: Due to financial settlement procedures, Fapiao issuance will be suspended during the last 3–4 business days of each month. Requests submitted at the end of the month will be processed uniformly in early the following month. Please log in to the system at that time to download your Fapiao.

关于中国学者需要的增值税发票，在您付款成功后，自 2026年10月23日（会议开始前七天）起，请点击https://publink.cnpereading.com/ 登录付款系统（使用付款时填写的手机号），进入发票管理-点击开具发票，填写纳税识别号以申请开具发票。如有疑问，请在付款完成后联系会议组邮。

注意事项：因财务结算，每月最后3–4个工作日暂停开票；月底提交的申请将顺延至次月初统一处理，请您届时登录系统下载发票。
