It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the 3rd International Online Conference on Clinical Medicine (IOCCM 2025), to be held from 17 to 19 Nov 2025, CET, online.

The goal of this conference is to enable scientists to present their latest research in the field of clinical medicines and engage in discussions with the scientific community worldwide. We invite scientists, researchers, and healthcare professionals to contribute and share their findings in the following areas, including but not limited to:

All submitted abstracts will undergo MDPI’s standard peer-review procedure. After the conference, authors are invited to submit a full proceedings paper (5-9 pages), which will be published in the Medical Sciences Forum. The publication of the proceedings will be free of charge.

Additionally, selected contributions will have the opportunity to be submitted to the Journal of Clinical Medicine (ISSN: 2077-0383; Impact Factor: 2.9; ranked 65/332, Q1 in "Medicine, General & Internal") with a 20% discount on the publication fee.

To acknowledge the support of the conference's esteemed authors and recognize their outstanding scientific accomplishments, we are pleased to announce that the conference will provide six awards, including Best Oral Presentation Awards and Best Poster Awards. The winner will receive a certificate and 200 CHF each.

Dr. Andrès is deeply involved in the ongoing development and management of JCM, leveraging his vast knowledge of the journal. Prof. Dr. Kent Doi earned both his M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo, followed by advanced nephrology training at NIH/NIDDK. A leader in his field, Dr. Doi has published over 250 articles, delivered numerous presentations, and holds key roles in various Japanese medical societies. He also serves as an Associate Editor for several journals.

Prof. Dr. Francisco Guillen-Grima is a highly regarded Spanish physician with a strong background in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He holds an MD, PhD, MBA from the University of Murcia, and advanced degrees in Epidemiology and Public Health from Harvard University. Over the years, he has held important roles, including Medical Officer in Murcia, Fulbright Scholar at Harvard, and Field Epidemiologist in Pamplona. Since 2005, Dr. Guillen-Grima has headed Preventive Medicine at the University of Navarra Clinic and is a Full Professor at the Public University of Navarra. He has also been deeply involved in graduate program leadership and policy advisory roles at ANECA. His significant contributions extend to the Spanish Society of Preventive Medicine, where he served as Secretary. Throughout his career, Dr. Guillen-Grima has been dedicated to advancing public health education, improving health systems, and shaping public health policies both locally and globally.

Dr. Nathan Wong is a cardiovascular epidemiologist and specialist in preventive cardiology with MPH and PhD degrees in epidemiology from Yale University. Dr. Wong’s research interests include cardiovascular risk assessment and subclinical atherosclerosis, where he did pioneering work on coronary calcium beginning over 30 years ago, and the epidemiology and management of dyslipidemia, diabetes, and obesity in relation to cardiovascular disease, including research on residual dyslipidemia, lipoprotein(a), and cardiovascular disease prevention. He has authored over 450 peer-reviewed manuscripts, co-edited 8 textbooks and currently serves as co-editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology, associate editor of JACC Asia and cardiovascular medicine editor-in-chief of the Journal of Clinical Medicine. He is a recipient of the ASPC Joseph Stokes Award for lifetime achievement in preventive cardiology and lifetime achievement award in clinical research from the UC Irvine School of Medicine.

The proceeds were used to fund a confirmatory study at University of Illinois at Chicago where he was appointed a Voluntary Professor. When registering, please register with your academic email address, as this will accelerate the registration process. If you are registering several people under the same registration, please do not use the same email address for each person, but their individual university email addresses. Thank you for understanding.
Please note that the submission and registration are two separate parts. Only scholars who registered can receive a link to access the conference live streaming. The deadline for registration is 3 November 2025.

The number of participants is limited; once the number of registrations reaches the maximum number of participants, another registration will be cancelled.

Finally, only registered authors will be able to apply for the conference awards.

Procedure for Submission

The 3rd International Online Conference on Clinical Medicine (IOCCM 2025) will accept abstracts only. The accepted abstracts will be available online on Sciforum.net during and after the conference.

You will be notified of the acceptance of an oral/poster presentation in a separate email.

Abstract Submission

Abstract submissions should be completed online by registering with www.sciforum.net and using the "New Submission" function once logged into the system. No physical template is necessary.

1. The structure abstract should include the introduction, methods, results, and conclusions sections of about 250–300 words in total.
2. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference report of The 3rd International Online Conference on Clinical Medicine in the Medical Sciences Forum Journal (ISSN 2673-9992); if you wish to publish an extended proceeding paper (5-9 pages), please submit it to the same journal within 45 days after the conference.
3. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear, publication-ready English with accurate grammar and spelling.
4. You may submit multiple abstracts. However, only one abstract will be selected for oral presentation.
5. All abstracts accepted for presentation will be collected in a book of abstracts, which will be published on the website after the conference.

1. The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the contents of the abstract.

Oral Presentation and Slides Submission

The slot for the oral presentation is 15 minutes. We advise that your presentation lasts for a maximum of 12 minutes, leaving at least 3 minutes for the Q&A session. Authors are encouraged to prepare a presentation in PowerPoint or similar software.

Poster Presentation

a. Your submission should include the title, authors, contact details, and main research findings, as well as tables, figures, and graphs where necessary.
b. File format: PDF (.pdf).
c. Size in cm: 60 width x 80 height–portrait orientation.
d. Font size: ≥20.
e. Maximum size: 250 M

All posters will be permanently exhibited online in the Poster Gallery. The rooms will be called after your surname. You will automatically be assigned to your break-out room; however, you will be responsible for your own room, i.e., sharing your screen by yourself, handling the comments in the chat if there are any, etc. People will then be able to visit your room and discuss your poster with you. Please make sure you have the Zoom Desktop client or mobile app, version 5.3.0 or higher.

Publication of the proceedings will be free of charge. Authors are asked to disclose that it is a proceeding paper of the IOCCM 2025 conference paper in their cover letter. Carefully read the rules outlined in the 'Instructions for Authors' on the journal’s website and ensure that your submission adheres to these guidelines.

Manuscripts for the proceedings issue must be formatted as follows:
