Instructions for Authors
To Present Your Research at the Event
  • Create an account on Sciforum if you do not have one, then click Submit Abstract at the top of the Conference website.
  • Indicate which thematic area is best suited for your research.
  • The abstract structure should include the introduction, methods, results, and conclusions sections of about 200–300 words in length.
  • The deadline to submit your abstract is 16 January 2026 13 March 2026. You will be notified by 9 February 2026 27 March 2026 regarding the acceptance.
  • Upon submission, you can select if you wish to be considered for oral presentation or poster presentation. Following assessment by the Chairs, you will be notified in a separate email whether your contribution has been accepted for oral or poster presentation.
  • Please note that to finalize the scientific program in due time, at least one registration by any author denoted as Covering Author must be completed by 11 February 2026 3 April 2026 to cover the presentation.
  • All abstracts accepted for presentation will be collected in a book of abstracts, which will be displayed on the website during and after the conference.
Oral Presentation and Slides Submission

The slot for the oral presentation is 15 minutes (Presentation and Q&A). Authors are encouraged to prepare a presentation in PowerPoint or similar software. The recommended aspect ratio for the PPT is 120:40. We will send you the link so you can upload your slides before the conference.

Poster information

- Should include the title, authors, contact details and main research findings, as well as tables, figures and graphs where necessary.
- Size in pixel: 2559 width x 3976 height–portrait orientation.
- Size in cm: Maximum 90 cm (width) × 140 cm (height) – portrait orientation.
- Font size: ≥16.

- You can use our free template to create your poster. The poster template can be downloaded here.

Each presenter will be provided with a vertical poster board. The poster size is 90 cm x 140 cm. Please print your poster prior to the conference. A plan of the poster session will be circulated later on.
