Frontiers of Additive Manufacturing: Technologies, Structures and Materials
On behalf of the editorial office of Metals, I warmly welcome you to attend the webinar on the Frontiers of Additive Manufacturing: Technologies, Structures and Materials.
Additive manufacturing is playing more and more important roles in manufacturing and industry 4.0, it enables the engineering parts to be manufactured in small scales (micro- and nano-manufacturing), with multi-materials and more complex structures (design freedom).
It is a great honor for me to chair this webinar on the Frontiers of Additive Manufacturing. Three world-leading professors including Prof. Lin Li of University of Manchester, UK; Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Schmidt of Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany and Prof Stefanie Feih of Griffith University, Australia have been invited to talk their research in this webinar.
I would like to thank all speakers for sharing their innovative research which I believe will significantly benefit the field of additive manufacturing.
I am looking forward to the e-meet great scientists from different countries around the world during this webinar.
